RV Booking
RV Booking Steps
Step 1
Review RV options and make note of which unit you would like to rent for the weekend. All RVs rentals require a two night stay, with check-in after 3:00pm on Friday, April 17 and check out by 11:00am on Sunday, April 19.
Step 2
Fill out and submit your reservation request via google form here.
Step 3
Once the host approves your booking request, you will be contacted directly by our RV Concierge, Casey Linger, to provide your credit card information. Deposit payment will be taken at this time.
- Final payment will be charged to the card on file two weeks prior to check in.
- A security deposit is required for all bookings and will be charged 48 hours prior to check in. Provided there are no damages, the security deposit will be released 7 days after check-out.

Step 4: Get ready for an epic event!
Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is made and you receive confirmation from the RV Concierge. RVs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred accommodation. Final payment is due two weeks prior to check in and will be charged to the card on file.
